What a friend mean..

CREATIVE LEARNER

A good learner uses the different styles of studies and learning. He is a creative learner. He learns better in his preferable styles. He uses his own techniques in order to understand the rules better. A good learner is responsible in what he is doing, if he wants to learn a language, he will find out the opportunities to utilize the target language. He uses the language as often as possible so that he is able to master the language in a short time. It is believed that a person who learns a new language is able to use the language faster if he practice if frequently. He makes the maximum use of every opportunity he gets to listen and respond to the speech in the target language. Learners learn better if they practice what they had learnt in their daily life. That is why, if the teacher taught the pupils in class, he must relate the teaching strategies with the pupil's present situations.

INDIVIDUAL LEARNER DIFFERENCES

I started learning English when I start my secondary school in the early 1980s. In fact, my whole family does not have English background, but due to the awareness that English is important and has an advantages to secure better career in the future, I started to work hard to learn this language, to master as well as to develop my communicative skills. In the early stages, I found myself difficult to adjust and cope with my goal. As a student with no English basic surely I encountered many obctacle in acquiring this language. English was being spoken during class session, when we are outside or at home, mother tongue was my main languages. Lack of confidence, discouragement are part of the problem that has a great influence in acquiring and to have good mastery in English. I am sure that lack of confidence exists due to my limited mastery in English. When this happen, I become uncertain and these decrease my motivation. As a pure Dusun speaker, the assumption mostly on negative perspective, to state a few, people says English was a foreign language that has no advantage at all. These opinion surely a very discourage comments. Mastering the target language in the contexts of Malaysian students expecially in the rural area are hard due to the lack of experty and specialist to teach. As we have seen, language learning is affected by many factors, among these are the personal characteristics of the learner, the structure of the native and target languages, opportunities for instruction with speakers of the target language and access to correction and form focused instruction. It is clear that teacher do not have control over all these factores, however a better understanding of them will permit teachers and learners to make the most of the time they spend together in the twin processes of teaching and learning a second language

Avoid A Boring Holiday

School holidays has started two weeks ago, this holidays are the longest school break as students will only resume school on 5th January 2009! Two weeks had past yet couldn't decide what to do? Off course, If I have a lot of money to spent, I will take this chances to travel, what a pity! people says NO Money No Talk, It might be just wise for me and my love once to sit down and just spend the remaining days looking for an extra money! What's your plan guys and girls? may you people enjoy and off course has a story to tell when we meet on 5th Jan next year! wishing you all, Only the best.

Sometimes it's so easy for people to say LOVE to others. Definitely LOVE is such a wonderful word that lead a happy ending relationship between man and woman or in the family. How many siblings do you have? My mother happen to stay with me, she is old and could not make a living at her own anymore, as a son, my responsibility is to provide her with what she need, sent her to the hospital for medical checkup, fund her and ensure that she is free from any stresses due to an event that she was not suppose to know? Well, sometimes when my own financial decrease, it's the responsibilities of the others siblings to help and to support you, right? mean give a helping hand, or give money to your old mother, right?

Healthy Or Money?

I have been thinking about this two vivid choices all the time, I believe that I was not the only person thinking about this, others are thinking about the same situation as well. Healthy Or Money? I m sure both are important! The majorties says, with money inside our pocket we can take care our healthy easily, by logic off course its true, with planty of money, everything is possible. Although Money has the strong backup and its too powerful to denied yet I still believe that healthy can stand ALONE. What do you think guys and girls out there? Please feel free to respone and give your opinion.

Bunsadan, Who should Lead?

Kg Bunsadan Kota marudu manage to produce numbers of intelectual individual compared with others kg within the district of kota Marudu. Based on recent studies conducted by a student who happen to complete her thesis, 75% of the goverment servant from bunsadan were a graduate and they are mostly work as an educator, others kg like Goshen, Lotong, Sumbilingon etc, although has more numbers of people yet still lack of Degree holders. The member of Parliment and Member of the legislative asembly both come from kampung Bunsadan, this show the advantages of this kg to be the leading kg within the district of kota marudu. Somehow a serious problem occur when the individual who has been given the trust to lead as well as to admin kg bunsadan did not perform well. The administration of the JKKK of kg Bunsadan should be corrected, The JKKK chairman has to admit that he has abuse his power by changing the mandate given by the people, this is related to the secretary and treasurer position which has been changed by the JKKK chairman when opening a Bank Account. This is very vivid and a serious crime has taken place, an ACA reports should be made when the right time due. It's timely for the folk of Bunsadan to know this situation and begin to identify who are the leaders that capable thus can be trusted to lead this wonderful and potential kg.

Ketua cawangan PBS kg Bunsadan dikatakan tidak sah!

Pemilihan ketua cawangan PBS kg Bunsdan pada 29/04/2008 tidak disahkan ini menurut sumber-sumber yang saya dapat dari AJK PBS cawangan Bunsadan. Pada malam pemilihan tersebut terdapat 3 calon yang bertanding, Encik Atin Linsayan dicadang oleh mantan ketua cawangan Encik James Sungkat dan disokong oleh Puan Gidong, calon ke 2 Encik JAsli Laiman dicadang oleh puan Jemilin Ganggan dan disokong oleh Encik Gamit, calon ketiga ialah Encik Joey Gondou dicadang puan Rosnaidah Gohun dan disokong oleh presely Joipin. seramai 28 orang ahli yang layak mengundi dalam pemilihan tersebut. Encik Atin Linsayan mendapat 10 undi, Encik Jasli Laiman mendapat 4 undian dan Encik Joey Gondou mendapat 14 undian. Encik Joey Gondou telah distiharkan sebagai pemenang dan seterusnya memegang jawatan tersebut untuk sesi 2008/2010. Dua hari selepas pemilihan tersebut mantan ketua cawangan Encik James dengan bersusah payah memaklumkan kepada ketua cawangan PBS yang baru dipilih bahawasanya pemilihan beliau tidak sah memandangkan pencadang beliau bukan ahli PBS kg Bunsadan. Puan ROSNAIDAH BTE GOHUN adalah penduduk tetap kg Bunsadan untuk makluman. Memperkatakan pembubaran dan pembentukkan cawangan PBS kg Bunsadan pada malam tersebut memang banyak kepencangannya, laporan ketua yang tidak berfakta, laporan setiausha yang tidak betul misalnya laporan bertulis tidak ada dan tidak ada penyata kewangan secara bertulis dari Bendahari. Susunan baru AJK cawangan PBS kg Bunsdan pada malam tersebut adalah yang terbaik memandangkan ianya kombinasi orang lama dan orang baru yang mempunyai latar pendidikan yang baik sekurang-kurangnya memiliki sarjana muda yang boleh membantu meningkatkan kemajuan Kampung. Biarlah orang kampung memilih dengan bijaksana sekiranya pemilihan diadakan balik. Isu pencadang itu tidaklah besar sangat memandangkan beliau juga penduduk tetap di Bunsadan, dan jawatan ketua cawangan bukan juga satu jawatan yang besar, ianya satu tanggunjawab yang harus dipikul dengan sebaik mungkin. Isu pencadang itu sengaja dimainkan oleh orang-orang yang mementingkan kepentingan peribadi!. Marilah kita penduduk kg Bunsadan Kota marudu yang tercinta bersatu dan lupakan kepentingan perbadi demi anak-anak dan masa depan kita.

Perjuangan membela pekebun kecil getah Bumiputra sabah

President persatuan pekebun kecil Getah Bumiputra SABAH, Encik Modili Bangli yang juga penolong kanan 1 SMK Bengkongan Kota Marudu telah memberi JAMINAN bahawa beliau akan berjuang habis habisan untuk membantu bumiputra khususnys di sabah untuk memperbaiki punca pendapatan mereka. Marilah kita berikan kerjasama sepenuhnya kepada beliau untuk meningkatkan hasil getah kita. Walaupun beliau sibuk dengan tugasan harian sebagai pendidik namun beliau sanggup turun padang dan masuk kampung yang jauh di pedalaman untuk mendengar rungutan dan masalah-masalah yang dihadapi oleh para pekebun getah. Beliau sesorang yang berwawasan, dan semoga beliau terus cermerlang, gemilang dan terbilang ke arah membela nasib pekebun kecil getah Bumiputra Sabah!

JKKK Kg Bunsadan Kota Marudu.

Saya dilantik menjadi setiausaha JKKK kg Bunsadan merangkap Bendahari kg tercinta saya dua tahun yang lepas. Peliknya saya tidak pernah diamanahkan untuk memegang serta mengetahui jumlah sebenar wang JKKK kg saya setekat ini, Pengerusi Jkkk yang merupakan kawan baik semacam tidak tahu apa itu sistem pentadbiran yang telus, kalau tidak yakin dengan kemampuan orang kenapa saya dinamakan sebagai setiausaha dan bendahari badan JKKK? inilah orang yang ngam dicop sebagai MUSANG BERBULUH AYAM. Fikir-fikirkan lah kawan..

Musang Berbuluh Ayam.

Simpulan bahasa yang berbunyi "musang berbuluh ayam" amat relevan pada seseorang yang amat lecek dalam pencarian, tak kiralah apa benda yang dicari tapi hakikatnya manusia yang related dengan sikap ini mempunyai agenda yamg tersendiri. Fikir-fikirkan lah.....
